Welcome to the summary of the playAPL voucher system! 

The playAPL voucher system offers players the opportunity to acquire vouchers to attend APL events. If you win a seat at any event/satellite, you will receive an APL voucher. These vouchers can be utilised for event entry, re-entry, swaps, or transfers.

Here's everything you NEED to know - 

Identification (ID) is required for all activity during events

Vouchers

• Unlimited vouchers per person 
• Look for your voucher code button on the dashboard
• Redeem your event print out via the registration team or self-registration terminals during the event  
• Vouchers can be swapped between flights (approval required via management)
• Vouchers can be transferred between players (approval may be required via management from time to time)

2025 - APLPT/APL MILLION Seat Policies

 APL MILLION -

• You must play your first Seat for the APL MILLION at the APL MILLION before being able to turn your secondary seats to PTC
  You may not swap your APL MILLION Seat for an event outside of the APL MILLION
• You may swap your APL MILLION Flight to any flight
• You may swap your flight unlimited amount of times
• You can Transfer your seat to any player via your PlayAPL.com account on your dashboard.
• After you have played 1 APL MILLION Flight You can change your 2^nd/3^rd ETC APL MILLION seat to PTC at the APL MILLION by going to your voucher and clicking SWAP, and swapping to the “Duplicate Policy Event” our administrative team will review this and convert their addition seat/s to PTC
• Any unused CONVERTED PTC at the end of the APL MILLION will be subject to 200 PTC deducted for every 1500 CONVERTED PTC.

JACKSTAR SUPER HIGH ROLLER -

• You may swap your JACKSTAR SUPER HIGH ROLLER ticket to another series

• In order to swap it to another series or the APL MILLION
  - you must wait for the date of your current ticket/voucher to pass then email [email protected]
  OR
• You can arrive to any Jackstar around the country and we can move your future Jackstar to a Current Jackstar

• You can Transfer your seat to any player via your PlayAPL.com account on your dashboard.

APLPT Flips

• All flips are awarded as direct entries.

• Flips may be awarded as Vouchers if the player is locked into the event they have won a flip for when rego closes

Expiry – All unused vouchers will expire 12 months after non use, the Prize Pool Funds will be re-issued back to players within APL promotions
