1. When does Registration Open?

• Registration opening times vary. You can find this information in the Event Details. Most events open for registration 1 hour before the start time. However, for certain significant events, such as all Flights of the APL Million Main event, registration opens 2 hours prior to the start time.

2. How can I reset my password?

• If you need to reset your password, you can do so using either your email or phone number by visiting: Password Reset Link.

3. How do I pre-purchase an entry ticket for an APLM event?

• To pre-purchase an event entry ticket, follow these steps:
  1. Go to PlayAPL.com.
  2. Log in to your account.
  3. Navigate to the chosen event.
  4. Click on "Purchase Ticket."
  5. Complete payment using PTC/EFT.
• Please note that pre-purchasing a ticket does not reserve your seat. You must still attend the event and print out your seating card to avoid reserve lists. You can do this with your code when Registration Opens via one of our Self Service Terminals or the Registration Desk.

4. How can I defer my APL MILLION seat to 2024?

• To defer your APL MILLION seat to the next year, follow these steps:
  1. Visit PlayAPL.com.
  2. Log in to your account.
  3. Go to your Dashboard.
  4. Locate your APL MILLION Seat.
  5. Click on "SWAP" and choose "DEFER to 2024."

5. I have multiple APL MILLION seats. How can I use them for other events?

• If you have multiple APL MILLION seats and want to use additional seats for other events, follow these steps:
  1. Review the policy outlined below.
  2. Go to PlayAPL.com and log in.
  3. Access your dashboard.
  4. Find your additional seats.
  5. Click on "SWAP" and select the duplicate policy event.
• Please note that the team will process your request based on the policy outlined below.

6. How can I update my banking details for APL MILLION series payouts?

• If you need to update your banking details for APL MILLION series payouts, follow these steps:
  • Take a photo of your paperwork and email it to [email protected].

8. I'm not familiar with the new APL MILLION website. How can I learn to use it?

• If you're unsure about how to use the new APL MILLION website, follow these steps:
  1. Scroll down the page and find "APL CLASSIC."
  2. Approach a friendly APL Tournament Director (TD) or fellow APL player who can guide you through the new website in the future.

9. How do I find my seat if I've qualified for Day 2 of an event?

APL MILLION Seat Policy:

1. Seat Transfer: You have the option to transfer your APL MILLION seat to another player through your PlayAPL.com account's dashboard.

2. Flight Swap: You're allowed to swap your assigned APL MILLION flight for any flight numbered 1 to 6.

3. Deferral to APL MILLION 2024: If you are unable to attend the APL MILLION event in the current year (e.g., 2023), you can choose to swap your seat to the following year's APL MILLION (2024). The same conditions and policies will apply to the deferred seat in 2024.

4. Initial Participation: You must use your first APL MILLION seat to be eligible for changes as outlined below.

5. Seat Swap Restrictions: Swapping your APL MILLION seat is only allowed for events within the APL MILLION series. It cannot be swapped for an event outside of the APL MILLION series.

6. Changing Additional Seats: During the APL MILLION series, you can convert your 2nd/3rd or subsequent APL MILLION seats into Player Tournament Credits (PTC). However, any unused credits, up to a maximum of 200PTC per seat, will expire on the day after the APL MILLION event.
